PHPictureAlbum is a fully featured, database driven photo gallery.

After researching some of other galleries i found them lacking all the features i needed, the ability to create multiple user accounts each with quotas, user configurable permissions for their photos, templates, automatic thumbnail creation, optimise jpegs on the fly, user editable categories, etc.

It also boasts the ability to easily use both Mysql or Postgresql and is all driven from a centralised adminstrative page.
